Services

Southern Suds provides self-service laundry, self-service car wash, wash-dry-fold, and commercial laundry services. The availability of specific services may vary by location.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

Use of Facilities

When using our facilities, you agree to:

• Follow all posted rules and instructions
• Use equipment only for its intended purpose
• Report any malfunctioning equipment to staff
• Not leave personal items unattended
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for all customers
• Supervise children at all times
• Not engage in disruptive or harmful behavior

Wash-Dry-Fold & Commercial Services

For our wash-dry-fold and commercial laundry services:

• Items must be dropped off during business hours or scheduled for pickup
• We are not responsible for items left beyond 30 days
• Special care instructions must be clearly communicated at drop-off
• We reserve the right to refuse service for items we deem unsuitable
• Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on volume

Item Liability

While we take great care with your items, liability for any lost or damaged items is limited to 10 times the service cost, not to exceed $200 per item. Claims must be made within 24 hours of pickup.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service for self-service facilities. For wash-dry-fold and commercial services, payment is due upon pickup or according to agreed billing terms.

We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Some machines may require coins or specific payment methods as indicated.

Refunds

Refunds for machine malfunctions will be provided upon verification by staff. For wash-dry-fold services, if you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please notify us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the items at no additional charge.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Southern Suds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or facilities.

We are not responsible for:

• Damage caused by improper use of equipment
• Theft or loss of personal property left unattended
• Damage to items not suitable for machine washing
• Color bleeding, shrinkage, or other issues inherent to the laundering process
• Items left in pockets or attached to garments

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Southern Suds, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Southern Suds and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of GA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
